1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns on most jewelry items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and its original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces) are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return (optional)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

• Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• If you prefer an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as your return is processed, depending on product availability.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
